是的,提单日后45天付款,有点风险的,不知道海上时间多长,一般中国出发到全球各地的海运时间都不会超过45天的,所以必然有未收余款就需要放货的操作的；建议预付款条件不变,开始跟客户先做见提单复印件立即付款,以后慢慢延长,但是必须在货到目的地前付款.
