这应该如何翻译,consignee和notify应该填什么?做为进口方,我们应注意什么问题?
因为今天卖问我这两项填什么,我告诉他都填我们公司名.是不是说错了?
一般来说consigned to the order of the shipper会不会影响到什么?
后来发现银行给我们做LC的时候写的是:full set of clean on board marded freight prepaid' ocean bills of lading made out to order and blank endorsed,notifying XXXco.,ltd.Tel:xxx,Fax:xxx.这样的话consignee是不是变了?

3.顺便多说一句,楼主说自己是进口方,那么这个信用证应该是楼主开给国外卖方的,这样consignee 和 notify party都是国外填的,不必楼主操心.
按照楼主补充问题里面所说,最终银行定稿的L/C的 consignee 是 to order,虽然 to order 和 to the order of shipper 意思一样,但是国外卖方必须要按照L/C要求把 consignee 作成 to ordrer 而不能作成 to order of the shipper.
