因为到某地去已经回来了的要说where have you been?(你到哪里去了?而不是did you go）、Where were you?（你刚才在那里）
where were you?问你当时在哪里。
如果说 写where did you go 可能是知道你出去了 就不知道你去哪里了 根据意思理解 打电话给你 所以问 你当时在哪？
