说明：句子结构我应该看懂了,too是插入语,然后倒装句加which和who引导的两个定语从句吧!可是,其中细节部分不知是怎么翻译出来的,因为有些单词根本就没有它所提供的翻译中的意思.疑惑在此：broader measures 怎么成了“广义失业率”?marginally attached workers怎么成了“近期未就业人数”?
