摘要：目的 探讨综合干预模式对降低剖宫产手术部位感染的作用.方法 以2011年剖宫产手术患者作为对照组,2012年剖宫产手术患者作为干预组,干预组采用综合干预模式进行临床干预,观察剖宫产手术患者采用综合干预模式后手术部位感染的发生率,并与对照组进行比较；同时观察剖宫产手术感染病人与非感染病人平均住院日数和住院费用.结果 对照组手术部位感染发生率为3.6%,干预组手术部位感染发生率为0.99%,两者比较差异有显著意义（P﹤0.01）；23例剖宫产手术感染病人平均住院日数为16.6±4.8天,住院费用为7042.4±1229.6元,非感染病人平均住院日数为6.1±1.4天和住院费用为5085.8±737.1元,感染病人与非感染病人的平均住院日数和住院费用比较差异有显著意义（P﹤0.01）.结论 本研究采用的综合干预模式可以有效降低剖宫产手术部位感染发生率,有效预警医院感染流行与暴发,同时节约了医疗卫生资源,加快了产科病床周转率,适于基层综合医院推广应用.

Abstract:

 the study on comprehensive intervention model aimed to reduce the role 

of surgical site infection after cesarean section.In 

2011 as a control group of patients with Caesarean operation in 2012, as

 the intervention group patients undergoing cesarean section surgery, 

clinical interventions intervention using an integrated intervention 

model, observe patients with Caesarean operation following the 

introduction of an integrated intervention model of surgical site 

infection rate, and compared with the control group;Simultaneous observation of Cesarean patients infected and non-infected patients ' average length of stay and hospital charges.3.6%

 incidence of surgical site infection results in the control group, 

intervention rates of surgical site infection is 0.99%, there is a 

significant difference (p ﹤ 0.01);23 cases of Cesarean

 surgery patients ' average length of stay is 16.6 ± 4.8 days, 

hospitalization expenses per cent ± 7042.4, non-infected patients ' 

average length of stay was 6.1 ± 1.4 days and hospitalization costs was

integrated intervention model can effectively reduce the incidence of 

surgical site infection after cesarean section, hospital infection 

prevalence and effective early warning outbreak, while saving health 

care resources, turnover accelerated obstetric beds, suitable for the 

grass-roots level popularization and application of General Hospital.
