The following suggestions may help you to get along well with people.
Firstly, always say less than you think. Speak in a low, persuasive voice. How you say it counts more than what you say.
Secondly,keep your promises, no matter what it costs.
Thirdly,never let an opportunity pass to say a kind and encouraging word to or about somebody. Praise good work, regardless of who did it. If criticism is needed, criticize helpfully, never spitefully.
Fourthly,be interested in others, their pursuits, their work, their homes and families.
Fifthly,be cheerful. Don't burden or depress those around you with your small disappointments. Remember, everyone is carrying some kind of a load.
Lastly,keep an open mind. Discuss but don't argue. It is a mark of a superior mind to be able to disagree without being disagreeable.

How to get well with others is most important skills in our life because it has an important impact on our working and studing .So as a students in collage we faced many chanlleges during finding a job,and so is important in communicate with our classmate and roommate who living with us for 4years .Actually,whatever which solution we meet ,we shouldnot cheating each other,show she or he what you are.when meet someon that we are not fmiliar keep a smile is important,and it convey a masseage of kindness.In my view ,we should respect eath other,and when talk to others we should pay attention to the way we talked and the word we`ve used .if we do in this way i think we can make many friends and broad our horizon as well.
