Ask the name of the guest：询问姓名
Check if the guest had made any reservation：根据检查是否有预约
Confirm reservation information：如有预约,和客人核对预约信息
If no reservations,ask for the preferred room type and inform the room rates：如无预约,向客人询问所需房型,并告知房费
Confirm the period of stay：确认住店期间
Ask for travel documents (passport / ID card) and have them photocopied：要求客人出示旅行证件（护照、身份证等）并复印
Ask for credit card for pre-authorization or cash deposits：要求客人出示信用卡做预授权或交押金
Print confirmation and ask for guest confirmation：打印住宿信息确认表并要求客人签字
Present room card or key：向客人提供房卡或钥匙
As Front Desk Clerk:
1. Ask guest for ID and credit card.
2. Input the information of guest into cpmputer.
3. Give them Reg Card to sign.
4. Give keys, explain anything else to them I need to!
