由于短少数量大,请在交付最后三个品种时,将这145箱补交.请你们核对一下,是否1500箱当时在装运港全都装上了船.
请尽快电复.

Dear Sir,
S/C No.FA1770854 indicates that a shipment by vessel “YongFeng” with 1500 cartons of canned mushroom arrived on 10th September, but on pick up there was a shortage of 145 cartons. The shipping company claimed that the quantity loaded was 1355 cartons. As the shortage is considerable, we would appreciate if you can cover the shortage by sending the 145 cartons together with the delivery of the last three items. Please check whether all the 1500 cartons were loaded at the port.

S/C No.FA1770854 says that there are 1500 boxes of mashroom can,which is delivered by "Yongfeng" s/s and the ETA date is Sept.10.But we're told that there are only 1355 boxes in the ship,which means 145 boxes shortage.
Because of large shortage quantity, please replace and deliver these 145 boxes together with the last three items.
And please check that if you have loaded 1500 boxes to the ship at the port.
