As you will gather from Gerry Holder's accompanying letter,he will be relinquishing the
Headship of Rendcomb in August 2011.We are sorry to be losing his leadership,but respect his
decision and wish him well as he moves on to other challenges.
As Gerry writes,a Search Committee is being struck to find Rendcomb's next Head.We will be
assisted in this crucial task by Dr.Vivian Anthony,a former Headmaster and Secretary of HMC.
I amconfident that an excellent successor will be found so that the current ethos and momentum
of Rendcomb will be maintained.
Meantime,thank you for your continuing support as we approach this transition.
