我已经完成作业了.
因为是“已经”, 就是发生在过去,而且对现在有影响（就是现在不用做作业了）,所以用现在完成时.现在完成时的结构就是"主语+have/has+动词的过去分词",这个结构里根本就没含有ing的形式.所以用I have finished my homework.
你说的动作的执行者就是ing, 动作的承受者就是ed, 只适用于keep sb. doing sth. / keep sb. done里面的sb 后面那个动词

这里的have不是作为动词，have done sth是完成时的表达方式，have只是作为助词出现，所以只能以have 的形态出现而不能随意变形，所以A不可以

这的确是主动，选项A的形式有问题，seem to do sth，后面是完成时态。

1. A和B是一样的答案啊..是No knowing.. 没法知道未来的天气会是怎么I seem to make a mistake.句子本身就有表述过去时的语态，不需要在seem

选B，seem to do sth.
