我们可以把这分词做后置定语，改为相应的一个定语从句。

我们可以把这分词做后置定语，改为相应的一个定语从句。

1.C选项对应的为：but there is a lot of work that remains to be done.
2.A对应的为but there is a lot of work that is remained to do.
从这里看显然是C对，因为remain是个半系动词，被动应该加在其后的不定式上，（另外表将要的功能也体现在其后的不定时式上），而不是remain上，再参考几个句子例如：it remains to be seen（还要看情况发展）；The fact remains to be proved.（这样不就可以造一个与题目类似的句子为The facts remaining to be proved are discussed by a group of people)（事实尚待证明）
